      In SERVER-87392 we will vendor in a test-only piece of code from the node.js project which Spencer wants to monitor for upstream bug notifications. This ticket tracks the process of figuring out how to do that (perhaps with CycloneDX). The code was taken from the v22.1.0 branch.
