Turning autoCompact off, then on, should rerun calculations immediately

      Currently behaviour: if the previous pass found nothing to compact, you still have to wait a day for it to run calculations again.

      It would be helpful for customers turning it off then back on would re-run calculations, rather than being forced to wait a day (or restart the mongod)
