      1. Add a new executionPlan field in checkpoint metadata. Optional for backwards compat.
      2. When restoring a processor from a checkpoint in start flow... if execution plan field exists... supply planner with the executionPlan instead of the user pipeline, turn Planner::Options::shouldOptimize = false.
