Log how long each batch took for dbcheck

      We should include in the health log/debug logging how long each batch took for dbcheck, on both primaries and secondaries. For primaries we already keep track of how long a batch takes, and on secondaries we will be tracking this in SERVER-88894

      This would help with debugging.
