Exclude remove8.js test from tenant migration suites

      remove8.js recently changed from doing a count to using itcount with SERVER-90182.

      This had the side effect of doing getMore commands to count the number of documents. The test is now incompatible with thests that do not expect any getMore commands. For example tenant migration suites exclude them. This makes the test fail in those suites.
