Reduce memory usage in TSAN builds

      In the tests of TSAN builds the mongod processes run out of memory.

      The issue is coming from this change. By increasing the history window the processes eat up more memory.

      Our suggestion is to set the window size back to 5 as the issues show up with the window of 6.
      Window of 5 does not fail according to tommaso.tocci@mongodb.com tests here.
