SERVER-90810 tracks a way the metadata for a temporary resharding collection can fail the check added by SERVER-90224 in the config shard transition hook. The temporary resharding collection for timeseries uses a different naming convention, so the logic added to the hook to ignore resharding temporary collections currently doesn't ignore a timeseries temporary collection, which can lead to failures.
