      As we have decided to stop supporting legacy tenant-prefixed namespace commands sent by Atlas Proxy, we should update the implementation of the simulate_atlax_proxy.js. 

      In this task,  we will make simulate_atlax_proxy always use security token to indicate tenant id and no longer to use tenant prefix.
