Remove expectPrefix from security token

      As we have decided to stop supporting legacy tenant-prefixed namespace commands sent by Atlas Proxy, we do not need to support "expectPrefix" field in security token. 

      In this task, we will remove expectPrefix from security token. The related js test code and server code will be changed.
