      setQuerySettings/removeQuerySettings command effect may not take effect immediately on mongos. That is, if setQuerySettings/removeQuerySettings command is executed on a mongos process, the following commands on the same mongos process may not observe the effects even in the absence of concurrent setQuerySettings/removeQuerySettings commands related to the same query shape.
