https://github.com/10gen/mongo/blob/master/evergreen/do_jepsen_setup/install_jepsen.sh currently clones from a named branch, but that is a moving target. We should point it to a specific tagged release and version it appropriately so that we don't need to maintain compatibility across all running test versions.
