https://github.com/10gen/mongo/commit/beb0ce505e22cc066f9c1be95284641c4d684dd4 introduced a new variant to v5.0 and copied all of the tasks from a different variant. These copied tasks include `burn_in_tags_gen` which should only be ran once per patch build and fails any sequential time it is ran.

This duplicate copy of burn_in_tags_gen should be removed.
