Exclude resource_intensive tagged tests from enterprise RHEL 8.2 and SUSE 15 variants

      In BF-33558 and BF-33029, we saw sharded_pit_directories_incremental_backup_restore.js and sharded_pit_incremental_backup_restore.js fail on enterprise-rhel-82-arm64 and enterprise-suse15-64 variants due to memory pressure.

      We saw these same sharded backup restore tests cause similar issues in BF-33379, and we tagged the test as resource_intensive in SERVER-90678. However, we aren't excluding resource_intensive tasks from running on enterprise-rhel-82-arm64 and enterprise-suse15-64 variants.
