      SERVER-88594implemented the auth check for all commands at https://github.com/10gen/mongo/blob/master/jstests/auth/internal_command_auth_validation.js

      https://github.com/10gen/mongo/blob/master/jstests/auth/internal_command_auth_validation.js#L339 is skipping _getAuditConfigGeneration because the command is getting a dbclient failure at TSAN Enterprise RHEL 8.0
