      src/mongo/db/catalog/README.md has references to 
      https://github.com/10gen/mongo/blob/r7.1.0-rc3/src/mongo/db/storage/wiredtiger/wiredtiger_record_store_oplog_truncate_markers.h which was moved due to the linked issue.
       
      update the documentation to reflect the new location.
