Provide more status information in shell prompt

      The shell prompt shows you the replica set name and server state:

      songza:SECONDARY>

      It would be useful if it also showed you the replica role. For example, we use "production" and "reporting" roles. Ad-hoc expensive queries we want to make sure only get done against the reporting member. Adding the role to the prompt would help recognize that you've connected to the proper host:
