The monotonicity_range_sharding_compound.js test regularly takes an hour to run, causing the task it runs into to occasionally time out on slower build variants.

If we split this test into separate parts, the different, smaller tests can be more evenly distributed amongst task jobs, alleviating the timeouts issues we are seeing.
