The misplaced collection description response for the checkMetadataConsistencyCheck should be updated in 8.0 and greater because unsharded collections can be migrated to any shard in the cluster

The current description in the response:

description: "Found unsharded collection without the appropriate metadata on a shard different from the database primary shard"

This should be updated to say something to the effect an unsharded collection that was not moved by moveCollection found on shard different from database primary shard
