Add more debug logging for RuntimeUpdatePath

      We've seen failures relating to RuntimeUpdatePath and have been unable to RCA them. Under SERVER-91237 we added additional logging to the v5.0 branch. This ticket is to add similar logging in master, and other branches as appropriate.
