      cyrus-sasl 2.1.28 contains a known memory leak in its client-side GSSAPI implementation. We should log this warning when the server instantiates the CyrusSASLClientSession even though the server should never actually hit the leak (only the mongo utilizes the CyrusSASLClientSession even though it's initialized on both shell and server).
