      Title:

Update 2024-05 variants to use OpenSSL 1.0.2

      Description:

Update 3-Node ReplSet ARM AWS 2024-05 and 3-Node ReplSet Intel AWS 2024-05 (to be added in PERF-5639) to use a compile that uses OpenSSL 1.0.2 (both are currently using a compile that uses OpenSSL 1.1.1, example). There should already exist compiles that use OpenSSL 1.0.2. We should also keep the OpenSSL 1.1.1 compiles in system_perf.yml (so we can easily switch/do adhoc testing if necessary).

      Context:

We originally used OpenSSL 1.1.1 in our new 2024-05 variants to match Atlas. However, since then there have been issues with OpenSSL 1.1.1 and so the current Atlas recommendation is to use OpenSSL 1.0.2.

The Atlas AMIs we are using on the 2024-05 variants should support OpenSSL 1.0.2. But, if this downgrade turns out to be more complicated than expected we should leave this ticket and wait until Atlas upgrades to AL2023 and use the OpenSSL version that comes with that.
