This could be either a new field under 'serverParameters' that shows the value of the 'internalQueryPlanRankerMode' query knob, or a new field under 'queryPlanner' that indicates the mode. The latter can be more flexible because it can show the mode as a result of some logic that takes into account more information than the query knob itself.
