Once the RHEL8.8 was replaced with RHEL8 the S3 URL for the RHEL8 x86_64 enterprise artifact was built incorrectly and thus pushed to the wrong folder. It caused failures for the release build tasks validate-buildinfo-rhel8-enterprise and validate-buildinfo-rhel8-targeted in both v8.0.0-rc14 and v7.3.4-rc0 releases.
To address it we need update the push_arch from "rhel88" to "rhel8" to match the new approach.
