      Primary: track timestamps on transaction opTime reservation and untrack on transaction commit/rollback, mostly the changes are in LocalOplogInfo::getNextOpTimes.

      Secondary: anywhere we call oplogDiskLocRegister (during steady state, initial sync, etc) with {{orderedCommit }} set to true, excluding in unit tests.
