In preparation of removing the OnAny types and methods in TaskExecutor and NetworkInterfaceTL, which support multi-targeting, remove the uses of these types and methods from code that uses TaskExecutor. These uses should be either be converted to use the non-OnAny variant, or obviated entirely.
