Remove maxCount/maxSize parameters from dbcheck

      The maxCount/maxSize parameters from dbcheck v1 are unused in Atlas and there are no plans to use them in the future. Supporting these parameters also requires extra logic specifically around logging $maxKey and handling consecutive identical index keys, so we can remove the maxCount/maxSize parameters
