capped_empty.js uses the test-only emptycapped command, which may not play nicely with RunDBCheckInBackground. SERVER-92770 will entirely remove emptycapped moving forward, but for v8.0 (and earlier) we may want to take a more light-handed approach. For instance we could prevent the test from running in suites that use RunDBCheckInBackground, or move the test to noPassthrough rather than core, or even just remove the test entirely.
