SERVER-70993 made a copy of the generational_fuzzer_replication base suite and built the update_fuzzer_replication* suites on top of it.

However, the original generational_fuzzer_replication.yml still exists and so do generated files like generational_fuzzer_replication_last_lts.yml even though they are used nowhere. We should delete these to reduce confusion.
