There are various tasks in progress to try to organize the code in src/mongo/db/query into sensible sub-components owned by a particular sub-team (QE, QI, or QO). While this work is ongoing, we will give the entire query team (10gen/query) default ownership of code in the db/query directory.

Once the refactors to the directory structure have been completed, we should revisit whether any files remain in db/query that should be owned by a particular subteam.
