Bazel remote execution runs inside of containers outside of the evergreen hosts. To make sure that the system dependencies line up with the dependencies on the evergreen hosts, each system library needs to match.

This is accomplished via:

• Updating the docker files for each platform
• Running "python bazel/platforms/remote_execution_containers_generator.py"
