Following SERVER-92332, it will be illegal to obtain an AutoGet*/acquire an acquisitions when the main collection doesn't exist, but the requested secondary collections do. This ticket tracks the work to make it so that this scenario can be supported. More generally, this ticket should make it so that the API doesn't distinguish between a 'main' collection, and 'secondary' collections: it should support obtaining references from a catalog snapshot for a list of 'n' collections.
