Support AutoGet* when the main collection doesn't exist, but secondary collections do

      Following SERVER-92332, it will be illegal to obtain an AutoGet* when the main collection doesn't exist, but the requested secondary collections do. This ticket tracks the work to make it so that this scenario can be supported. More generally, this ticket should make it so that the AutoGet* doesn't distinguish between a 'main' collection, and 'secondary' collections: it should support obtaining references from a catalog snapshot for a list of 'n' collections.
