      hangBeforeLogOpAdvancesLastApplied is defined in oplog.cpp and was added in SERVER-39356 to be used in change_stream_speculative_majority_lastApplied_lag.js. It looks like we've removed the test and no longer use this failpoint so we should clean up this failpoint.
