      SERVER-82707 and SERVER-92699 are expected to introduce new cluster parameters concerning the memory footprint of the CatalogCache.

      The objective of this ticket is to modify the "automated restore procedure" and the "magic restore" code to ensure that the values of these parameters will be preserved upon performing a a cluster backup&restore procedure.
