      We have a bunch of parameters used only for restore logic such as allowUnsafeUntimestampedWrites, wiredTigerSkipTableLoggingChecksOnStartup, and wiredTigerSkipTableLoggingChecksDuringValidation. Look into consolidating these params and creating a testing library (similar to backup_restore.js) that matches what Cloud uses during a restore.
