      SERVER-82707 is adding the capability of customizing the capacity of the ReadThroughCache members of the CatalogCache - and allowing a "0" value to not cache any information at all. The subjacent code of InvalidatingLRUCache has already code coverage for this specific use case, but we'd need an E2E test to qualify that a cluster can actually be operated under such conditions.
