- Overall Quotas (these match today’s 200% numbers of Overall Quotas):
- 30 hot
- 100 cold
- 30 perf
- Change: only count BFs that are older than 1 week
- Team Quotas (these match today’s 100% numbers of Overall Quotas):
- 3 hot
- 10 cold
- 5 perf
- Change: only count BFs that are older than 48 hours
- VP quotas are set to half the new Overall Quotas:
- 15 hot
- 50 cold
- 15 perf
- Only count BFs that are older than 1 week
- All of these quotas are static/fixed
- Run/announce metrics daily
- Teams that are not under Server VPs (eg. DevProd, Atlas Streams, etc) will be held to the same Team and Overall constraints, but won’t have any VP-level quotas
