As part of the discussion for SERVER-92259 we agreed to add testing variants so that we can detect catalog insonsistencies. Right now there are a bunch of them in the concurrency FSM tests to catch them. However, any inconsistency detection relies on what is essentially a very slim timing window.

This ticket is about adding a suite variant that expands the timing window such that inconsistencies are easier to be hit.
