Audit opcounter jstests that should be unit tests

      Now that the opcounters testing has been moved into a unit test in SERVER-92613, we should be able to delete the corresponding jstest. We should ensure that the sharded path is also unit tested before deleting this. We should also audit other opcounter tests to see what we can delete/move to be a unit test.
