Following SERVER-92931, many query jstests will remain in jstests/core/query outside of more specific subdirectories. As such, this ticket tracks the work to further group these tests into smaller subdirectories (for example, one could imagine grouping the tests prefixed 'min_max' into a 'minmax' directory around the min/max query options)

Additionally, this ticket should consider moving some of the query tests from other directories (including, but not limited to: 'jstests/core/views' 'jstests/core/write'  and  'jstests/core/timeseries') into 'jstests/core/query'.
