mongodb-mongo-master suddenly has 36 warnings in evergreen configuration file

      A month or so ago that was at 3 warnings, and we considered locking that down via DEVPROD-8158.

      Given the jump in warnings, let's first triage to measure the impact and get things back under control. Then we should look to DEVPROD-8158 again to not let it slip away further.
