As part of this ticket, we should test that the syntax is allowed to be used in a mixed-version cluster, except it is not possible to store a view using this syntax until the FCV is upgraded to whichever version we are using when this ticket is completed.

Reminder that when we enable this flag by default, the rank fusion unit tests will need to be updated to assume this flag is on, as most of them currently take the default behavior, which is off.
