In SERVER-92931 we have moved jstests/concurrency/fsm_workloads/update_upsert.js to jstests/concurrency/fsm_workloads/query/update/update_upsert.js.
However, when updating the exclude list for the unsplittable_collections_created_on_any_shard_jscore_passthrough suite, we have updated the exclude path for 
src/mongo/db/modules/enterprise/jstests/fle2/query/update_upsert.js, which is a different test. This has broken the exclude, which should be fixed with this ticket.
