      We have bazel_run.sh, and I have a need for something like a bazel_coverage script to run "bazel coverage [args]", and we'll probably need something for "bazel test [args]" too.

      Note that while bazel_run.sh has a retry-loop baked in, this is probably not suggested for testing.

      This is in an effort to keep copy-pasta down.
