Exclude weekends from BF thresholds

      Some teams regularly exceed quota at the start of the week because weekends are included in the grace period.

      Can we please change the grace period calculation to exclude weekends?

      NB: doing so should probably reduce the 7 day thresholds to 5 days to reflect working days.
