As part of SERVER-91809, I would like to put skip_shell_cursor_finalize.js under a shell subdirectory. However, a no-op patch (only adding a line to skip_shell_cursor_finalize.js, link will be added in comments) leads to failures on numerous burn-in test runs, which will make it so that we cannot move skip_shell_cursor_finalize.js. We would like to investigate the flakiness of this test and remove it or add the correct suite exclusions.
