Ensure change_streams_multi_stmt_txn_sharded_collections_passthrough suite uses sharded collections

      Despite the change_streams_multi_stmt_txn_sharded_collections_passthrough suite has "sharded_collections" in the name, it actually run on unsharded collections, in fact this suite does not implicitly shard collections.

      Moreover this suite configuration is practically identical to change_streams_multi_stmt_txn_mongos_passthrough
