implicitly_retry_on_shard_transition_errors override should handle bulkwrite errors correctly.

      BulkWrite has a different response format than normal writes. It does not contain a top level writeErrors field but returns a cursor response for each individual reply, this is causing the retry logic to not be triggered properly.
