When a timeseries buckets collection is tracked and unsplittable and either there is nothing in the timeseries name namespace, there is an unrelated view, or there is a normal collection, dropping the buckets collection (either by the main namespace or the buckets namespace) will cause a local only drop, leaving a dangling entry in config.collections for the buckets collection.
