Produce a writeup that audit known performance regressions issues from optimizer changes (e.g. from past HELP tickets or some potential future changes). Group scenarios by root cause and decide whether they should be handled by RAMI.
Add test cases in RAMI based on the investigation above for both true positive and false positive cases.
