Remove FCV checks for `checkMetadataConsistency`'s `CollectionAuxiliaryMetadataMismatch` inconsistency once 9.0 becomes last LTS

      The checkMetadataConsistency command only returns the `CollectionAuxiliaryMetadataMismatch` since MongoDB 8.1, so the unit tests introduced by server tickets such as SERVER-90899 check for FCV >= 8.1 in order to avoid failing on multiversion suites.

      This ticket is for removing the checks once 9.0 becomes last LTS, as they will become redundant by then.
